What is the Learn2Succeed Programme?

The Learn2Succeed Programme aims to nurture and empower young women in a learning environment that promotes leadership, collaboration, innovation, and peer-to-peer mentorship, as a 'Student Innovator'.

It has been meticulously designed to offer our students their initial experience in the world of work. The process includes online applications, interviews, and a comprehensive appraisal programme.

Each student will have the chance to work closely with a school department, enriching their own programme of study while sharing innovative ideas to enhance various processes.

Job Title and Future Opportunities

Successful candidates will be awarded the prestigious title of 'Student Innovator'. Participation in this programme enriches participants' profiles for future university applications and job prospects and counts as valuable work experience for the Duke of Edinburgh Award programme.
